OceanBlue Cruises and Travel is a home-based company which opened in 2008.  It was started after the closure of our store-front agency after nearly 25 years serving communities in West Central Ohio.  Our main office is in the Cleveland area, with affiliates in Van Wert, OH and our clients hail from across the United States.

Our approach to business at OceanBlue is based upon a few basic principles:

• We believe that each customer retains us to provide exceptional knowledge, service and value.  Our agents may charge a professional consulting fee, much like those charged by your doctor, lawyer, accountant and other esteemed professionals.  The fee is based upon the complexity of your travel planning and is discussed with you at the time that we begin to plan your travel.
• We work with both personal and professional integrity.  We do not discount and the quotations that you receive from us are competitively priced, and fully disclosed (no surprises with us).

While many Internet sites and online agencies promote "special deals", travelers are often unaware of restrictions, exceptions, and fine print. Making the right choices based upon price alone is not always the best course of action for our customers. We hear far too many stories of travelers regretting that they didn't call us first.
